Phillip Moore is a great family law attorney. I recently had the pleasure of working with Phillip and Jolie revisiting a child custody case and Pfister law did an absolute awesome job for me. I got the results I was hoping for and I couldn’t ask for better legal representation!

I don’t recommend this service if you’re planning to have kids. It started off great but quickly declined. We initially went in for basic estate planning, just to have our bases covered as a young couple, which was supposed to cost around $4,000. We informed them that we planned to change my last name and were considering starting a family, so we didn’t need anything too complex. I was told these changes, like updating my last name or adding children, would be simple “edits” that wouldn’t cost much. However, we were persuaded into opting for an $8,000+ plan. Fast forward three years: I now have three children, and my last name has changed. I was then informed that it would cost an additional $4,000 to update my last name and add my children to the plan. I had a call scheduled with Rex in July, but he didn’t show up to the conference call. I called the office, and it seemed they had forgotten about it. When Rex eventually called back, he was unaware of the details of our case—he hadn’t reviewed our file or anything. He said he would send me something to review, but it’s now been three months, and I haven’t received any documents or a follow-up call. When we first used their services in December 2021, they didn’t seem too busy, but now it appears they’re overwhelmed and unable to keep up.

Susan was so helpful and thorough. She is knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that our son understood and was comfortable with.

Fred is a very honest and personable man and his entire staff is absolutely first rate.

Phillip & Jollie were excellent and efficient handling this divorce. Phillip was patient and understanding as we worked through this difficult process, pointing out areas that needed to be addressed. Phillip offers a personal touch which is rarely seen in his business!

A friend of mine referred Attorney John Pfister and another Attorney in the same area to me. I called the other Attorney’s office first to schedule a consultation. Then I started the journey with John and his assistant Cathy. After 5 months, I got my peace back. During the process, John, Cathy and their office staff responded my emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. They explained steps and expectations regarding the process and gave me the encouragement as well. They were also flexible by adjusting the strategies based on the progress of my case to achieve my best interest. Mr. John was also very sharp on reaching a deal without further complications in the court room. Lastly, the office’s billing is transparent and honest. I received my refund of the retainer timely once the case was finalized. I would highly recommend Mr. John to represent your case.
