Sent 2 online requests to be contacted, instead of continuing to wait another week, I called today only to be stuck in gatekeeper hell. Explained my desire to have a long term relationship with a firm and open 2 businesses this year. Basically told to go find other attorneys to answer my questions despite my desire to retain their services and pay them to find any additional attorneys I may need. Disappointed that I couldn't even speak to an attorney for 10 minutes about any of this. (Even after I mentioned that I was willing to pay) It doesn't appear the gatekeeper wanted my business. 😞

Can I give them a MINUS rating? Run, don't walk, away from this man. 3 years of failing to return calls, MISSED (never showed and never told me about) 2 meetings with the IRS (found that out from the IRS..got it in writing), he lies, misrepresents what's going on (because he's not doing anything) and let's his "secretary" and some kid who is NOT an attorney be the only contact you'll get. Go somewhere else...for your own protection.

Insulted me during the consultation and insulted his staff. He implied that judges in Collin County had driven drunk before and that I shouldn't have requested an ALR hearing myself after I was suspected of a DWI. In fact, he was wrong. I could request an ALR myself, even before hiring counsel, and since I was trying to find the best counsel for my defense, I did the right thing by requesting the ALR hearing within the 10-15 day window. He said I'm not a lawyer and shouldn't pretend to be one. He also said that his staff was lazy, and he tried to pressure me into signing with his firm right away. He gave me a book, which was helpful, but honestly, he just rubbed me the wrong way. He declined my case because I was taking too much time to make up my mind. He's well within his right to do that, but that's not a good look at all. I think he felt insulted when I mentioned his partner, Troy Burleson, getting a lot of blood draws thrown out due to a witness contradicting his own testimony, so maybe that's why he declined. He just came off as arrogant. He gives out his phone number so prospective clients can text him, but honestly, he needs to focus on customer service. He just didn't come off as professional.

Needed a deed done in a timely manner and had no issues meeting my request. Answered all my questions and informed me with other details I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend.

I have used Pratt Law Group on numerous occasions. Most notably, Austin and his team assisted in setting up an estate plan for me and my husband after we married. When a few changes to our estate plan were required, I was able to communicate those changes electronically, then show up for a short and safe in-person meeting for final execution. While this is required to be in-person regardless of the current environment, Austin and his team made it as easy and painless as possible. I'll be back for sure!

I have a legal service plan and I reached out to this law firm to help me with new home construction legal support. After waiting one month for an appointment, I was told my plan only provide review of the document and not feedback. So, they can review it but don't provide feedback. Can you believe this? After insisting that a review without feedback means nothing, they said they just verified and can provide feedback. Their feedback was minimal, just redlined what I asked them and no other feedback or communication. I ended up using a different attorney. The attorney I directly worked with was Austin Butts.

I set up an appointment for an online conference. I was not told that I had to call at the scheduled time. I was under the impression that they would call me. I will not be calling again not because they did the service me but because I feel that certain directions should be given in the initial setup. I received a follow up call. I don't know if it was in response to the ratting, but we were able to get my situation toward a resolution. I still am a bit angry about the start, but they have made a good effort to repair my initial impression of them. I have changed my review from one star to three.

I wish I could give them more stars!! I was scared, got in big trouble, and needed guidance. Hunter biederman to the rescue! They explained everything down to court appearances and license stuff. They were easy to understand and they went to work right away. I felt heard and understood.They worked with me to get a result I never thought could happen! Trust me when I say that are worth the price. Don't cheap out on quality work! Give them a shot if you're in distress! They will save your life! :)

Trust that these guys know what they’re doing. Their unit is extremely well-organized, genuine, and direct. Someone is always ready to answer your questions, while simultaneously, cases are being worked and won. The intensity of the law does not phase Hunter and Troy’s pursuit of their client’s best interests.
