I used PRATT LAW GROUP, PLLC to create a series A llc, estate planning doc and a few warranty deeds for my rental properties. My first meeting was great with Darryl V. Pratt but he try to use tons of buzzwords to confuse the client intentionally. I agreed to hire him and paid 2K for the work- I had the worst experience. I need to keep following up with him, he does not deliver the work as he promised. I went to the country office to record the deed, and they declined as deed as it did not have the legal description of the property. This should have a very simple work but still, they made a mistake – Very bad communication, did not deliver the work as promised, and low quality of work. I have decided to hire another firm to complete the leftover work

I hired this firm in 2020 to resolve property issues for my father. I made it clear what my request were , paid our retainer and I continued to reach out periodically for follow ups. However I would hear nothing. Nothing was done, and if I did receive a response they would ask me for the same information. They’ve asked me for previously over and over again meaning that either they weren’t taking notes or weren’t listening. It has been four years and I can confirm to this date Absolutely nothing has been done. I have received nothing on my end as well as no progress for any of my issues have been. If I could go back and hire another firm, I would have I had left a review two years ago, saying the same thing and Daryl Pratt called me immediately and said they would get me taken care of and all sorted out. Out of good faith, I amended my review I look back and regret it Because nothing has been done just an occasional ask of what needs to be done again. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone. If I were you, I explore other options.

Mrs. Cain represented me in a very complex case of parental alienation a year after my divorce was final. She worked diligently with me for over 15 months! We had to try several different approaches including a Parent Facilitator and Amicus Attorney. In the end the judge granted a full flip. I am now the primary custodian of my three young children with the exclusive rights to all the major decisions in their lives. This type of case takes a LOT of time, money & patience! Mrs. Cain was very attentive and dedicated to my case and helped me to keep sight of the end goal through the daily grind of the legal system. She saved my relationship with my children! I would highly recommend her for your legal needs!

Lauren Cain is extremely professional and knowledgable. She gets the job done for you in a "no nonsense" manner. She helps you make decisions during a very emotional and stressful time. I highly recommend Ms. Cain for any of your family law needs. I seriously don't know how I could have managed without her.

Ms. Cain was the opposing counsel in my divorce. Exactly as per the other reviews, I can confirm she held up the process: never in any office, didn't return phone calls, unresponsive to email and fax from my attorneys office. She was ALWAYS "out of town" or "on vacation". Once we were able to agree on our own and had a prepared final agreed decree - she was unresponsive. I found her to be unprofessional and very unimpressive. I would strongly recommend anyone considering her to continue their search elsewhere.

I was referred by my friend friends.This was the worst mistake ever. She is very unprofessional, she doesn't return calls. Once i obtained her as my divorce attorney I paid her in full immediately. In the process of her not responding to any of my correspondence my husband decided to go to counseling and put off the divorce. She finally reached out to me and I updated her of the situation and requested an invoice of what she had done (which was nothing)! And the remaining balance this was in December t is now February and I am still waiting! Each month a different excuse! Do not hire this lady! Run fast!

HORRIBLE ATTORNEY!!! MALPRACTICE!! Wish less than 1 star was even possible. She modified my husbands child custody and child support, never filed the signed order with the Attorney generals office and now they’ve frozen my bank accounts. I have lost access to $9,000 when I owe no child support, have been taken off child support almost a year ago and I have 50/50 custody of my children. She won’t answer the phone, answers emails once a week if you’re lucky. Doesn’t care about her clients. Wish we would have read reviews beforehand. There are few family lawyers that are the quality and caliber of Lauren Cain. I faced her with very strong facts on my side and she did NOT give up fighting for her client. I was genuinely impressed. She was also honorable and good to deal with when we worked to find solutions to one of the most difficult cases of both her career and mine. We fought valiant battles in court and ultimately settled in a way that ended the fighting between our clients. But I can not say enough good things about her as an attorney. She is absolutely top-notch. Smart. Intelligent. Knowledgable. And a fighter who won't quit. I'd hire her to represent my own loved ones. If I'm not able to take your case - I have no hesitation to send you to Lauren Cain. She is very impressive and worth every penny.
