Hunter Biederman is: Honest. Trustworthy. Straightforward. No B.S. and very responsive. Everything he has said that would be done or would happen has happened. About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding. If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered. I am a free man with a better life because of those two.

In April of 2018 I was pulled over because I didn't have my head lights on. The officer asked me if I had been drinking. I said I had a glass of wine earlier. Needless to say the officer asked me to take a breathalyzer. I said No. Then my troubles began. I was taken in for a DWI and for refusing the breathalyzer. Next step is to locate an attorney. I was referred to one The attorney took my money and did very little. I had a really bad feeling about the attorney. I spoke to the attorney a couple days later and was going to change. The attorney got upset with me so I stayed with him. I spoke to another friend about my situation. I just did not feel that the attorney was not on my side. Hunter was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, precisely on time to court, efficient, very direct and no nonsense which I find refreshing. When the state didn't show up and we were going to have to reschedule he took the initiative to go find them and get things moving and we didn't have to postpone which I appreciated. I was arrested and charged with a DWI three years ago, during a "zero-tolerance" weekend, and it was ostensibly one of the most miserable, shameful, and embarrassing experiences of my life. However, through the law offices of Biederman & Burleson, I was able to keep my driver's license and was ultimately found Not Guilty in a trial by jury--three agonizing years later. Through it all, Hunter and his staff was extraordinarily easy to communicate with and readily available to answer any and all questions I had, regardless of the time of day or method of communication. Lawyers Dan Moran and Troy Burleson handled my case when we decided to take it to trial, and it was immediately apparent to me that they were both genuinely concerned with and personally invested in not only ensuring that I was given a fair trial but also the outcome of my personal case and implications thereof.
