Highly skilled and experienced lawyer who is diligent and effective in handling cases
“From the very first consultation, Marc was thoughtful, intelligent, and clearly a rockstar. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions in a way I could understand.”
2
Provides excellent client communication and support throughout the legal process
“Throughout the entire process, Marc kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress of my case. He was always available to address any concerns I had, and his guidance proved invaluable.”
3
Demonstrates compassion and integrity in handling client matters
“What stood out to me when I first met them was INTEGRITY. As they were working so diligently on my behalf during one of the most difficult seasons of my life, I not only received stellar legal care, but also I unexpectedly received so much more-- fears were eased, wisdom was imparted, and a trusted family friendship has developed.”
4
Highly recommended by both clients and other legal professionals
“I have known Marc May for 30 years, so when I needed a family law lawyer I knew exactly where to go. I have recommended him to many friends, and will continue to do so.”
5
Effective at managing costs and providing transparent pricing
“Marc clearly understands this dynamic and is careful to explain all legal avenues available to the client along with the cost benefit of each approach in order to help the client control legal costs.”
Cons
1
Concerns about aggressive billing practices and potential overcharging
“When Marc discovered my former spouse was a man of means, he charged me $50k retainer after the initial $10k. Then had me pay another "specialty attorney" 5k. After a few meetings and 1 deposition, he demanded another $100k then withdrew from my case a week or two before court.”
2
Lack of proper training and support for legal assistants/staff
“I was given a legal assistant position with no paralegal experience and expected to be a pro after 3 months. No proper training, no training manual from the trainer, so if you take a paralegal position here, make sure you are a very experienced one because they dont have time to explain everything in details.”
