Pros
1
Highly competent and knowledgeable attorneys who are passionate about their work and advocate strongly for their clients
“Mary is only money crazy. She doesnt give a dam about the client or the case. Doesnt know the basics of law and her work is very sloppy. Doesnt pay attention to detail, forgets things, doesnt put in effort to either understand the case or figure out a solution. Only thing she is good at is yelling.”
2
Responsive and communicative, keeping clients informed throughout the process
“She returned emails quickly and was always available when I needed her. I know I was probably annoying with how much I contacted her, but she never showed it and was always there to listen.”
3
Empathetic and understanding, providing emotional support to clients during difficult times
“She genuinely cares for her clients and their well-being.”
4
Efficient and effective in handling legal matters, helping clients achieve desired outcomes
“They made the entire process very easy and we will continue to use them for all of our legal needs.”
5
Collaborative and supportive work environment, with attorneys working together to best serve their clients
“It's clear they all support one another, frequently providing consultation in order to best serve their clients.”
Cons
1
Some attorneys may be unresponsive, failing to return phone calls or emails in a timely manner
“I've known the Roach family for a very long time so I was very excited to find this firm when I was needing help in closing out my parents estate. I can not tell you how horrible my experience was with Jeffrey Yates!!! Not to mention I found several other negative reviews complaining about the same thing...he NEVER returned phones calls or emails.”
2
Concerns about billing transparency and potential for unexpected costs
“We decided to use this law office for our prenuptial agreement. We were told at the roughly 10 minute $200 "consultation" that the cost of the prenup should be roughly $1,500 and if we wished to move forward, we would need to pay that up front and all billing hours would be deducted from that trust. After everything said and done, they missed their estimated cost by nearly double. Our situation is about as basic as I could imagine for a prenup and cost ”
3
Some clients have reported negative experiences with specific attorneys or staff members, leading to dissatisfaction
“Do not hire Marry Crossett at this firm even as a paralegal. She is inexperienced and a lazy worker. She got me a very bad deal in my divorce. She didn't even follow-up on my findings which I came up with. I suffered greatly emotionally and financially due to hiring this attorney.”
