Brad and his firm were excellent. I had a recurring problem with my infotainment system, still covered under warranty. In spite of 6-7 trips to the dealer, and umpteen number of software patches, the system continued to have issues. I reached out to Brad, who quickly evaluated my situation, and took action. He represented my interest well, timely and professionally and helped reach a fair and reasonable settlement with the manufacturer. Saying Matt is an amazing attorney and cares about his clients is an understatement. I had plenty of consultations before going with Matt. I did not get good vibes from any of the attorneys I met with until Matt. He answered his own phone, early in the morning by the way, and truly listened to my situation, which was an emotional one for me. He actually listened. Other firms explained different attorneys would handle my case as it went on, which I did not like and Matt made it clear he would be the only one handling my case. My child custody case was made difficult from the very start. MATT DID NOT GIVE UP ONCE! He only fought harder for me and my son and what was right. What should have been an easy enough case, draw up some paperwork and get it signed did not turn out that way. Matt explained everything, every step of the way. He never got frustrated or annoyed with me. He worked ridiculously hard on my case. I was never left wondering what was happening or what the next steps would be. In the end, thanks to his determination, I got everything I wanted and needed for me and my son while remaining fair to the other party. He did not sugar-coat anything or give me false expectations at any point. Every time we talked, he made sure to ask about my son and how he was doing. He has values, morals and understands the difficult situations. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case and it is all thanks to Matt and his hard work (and boy did he work hard on this one). I used PRATT LAW GROUP, PLLC to create a series A llc, estate planning doc and a few warranty deeds for my rental properties. My first meeting was great with Darryl V. Pratt but he try to use tons of buzzwords to confuse the client intentionally. I agreed to hire him and paid 2K for the work- I had the worst experience. I need to keep following up with him, he does not deliver the work as he promised. I went to the country office to record the deed, and they declined as deed as it did not have the legal description of the property. This should have a very simple work but still, they made a mistake – Very bad communication, did not deliver the work as promised, and low quality of work. I have decided to hire another firm to complete the leftover work

I hired this firm in 2020 to resolve property issues for my father. I made it clear what my request were , paid our retainer and I continued to reach out periodically for follow ups. However I would hear nothing. Nothing was done, and if I did receive a response they would ask me for the same information. They’ve asked me for previously over and over again meaning that either they weren’t taking notes or weren’t listening. It has been four years and I can confirm to this date Absolutely nothing has been done. I have received nothing on my end as well as no progress for any of my issues have been. If I could go back and hire another firm, I would have I had left a review two years ago, saying the same thing and Daryl Pratt called me immediately and said they would get me taken care of and all sorted out. Out of good faith, I amended my review I look back and regret it Because nothing has been done just an occasional ask of what needs to be done again. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone. If I were you, I explore other options.

These guys are hard workers. I thank them a lot for working with me and we were able to get deferred. Best lawyers in the Frisco area!
