I first consulted with Mr. Hogue in approximately 1995. He carefully articulated the distinctions between a support trust, and a discretionary trust as the terms are used in estate planning. We discussed, and he shared with me his publication entitled, “Biblical Principles of Estate Planning”. I’ve practiced law myself for nearly 48 years, and in that time, I have never met a more capable and careful estate planning attorney then Mr. Rex Hogue.
