I hired Mr. Widner as my attorney recently when I was fighting for custody of my son during a messy divorce. Mr. Widner was affordable and consulted with me countless times throughout the process. His senior paralegal, Mrs. Adams, was phenomenal. She was very responsive and reassuring because she could relate to my situation. I panicked a few times when I didn't get a response as quickly as I wanted but they never took a day off from handling my case. All in all I was granted my divorce and obtained custody of my son. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks team.

Widner Law took my money and never did anything on the case. Once I paid I had maybe two emails from his Paralegal and then never heard back. This was 2020.

I was desperate to see my daughter again. I came to you for help. I drove 12hrs with Uber & 12hrs with Lyft for 7 days straight & little to no sleep. And I had 2,500 5 star reviews. I did everything I was supposed to I even took Dr. Threats co-parenting classes. I has to pay $35 just to see my kid in a visitation facility as if I were an abusive father but it was only because I told the judge he was wrong for being prejudice. Robert Widner showed up to my 1st hearing LATE & on top of that his suit was covered in animal hair. I paid the $1,500 retainer & after our hearing the other party requested a drug test for me so that required us to return to court for another hearing, which would cost another $1,500, another 7days driving with no sleep... The other party agreed that a drug test was not necessary so we no longer needed to return for another hearing. But because Robert Widener was greedy & NOT kind. All that I needed was the final order to be filed on their behalf. Robert Widner & Ashley were a couple of crooks. I had to go to someone else to get the paperwork done & it only costed $300. If you're a father, DO NOT go to Widner. Robert, you & Ashley are awful people. By the way I get to see my kid more now, not because of you, I did that. Very unprofessional, not worth it.

He really helped me in a tough situation with my custody case. He worked with me hands on to make sure I got the best result possible.

Years after I hired the lawyer here, I talked to another lawyer and found out I was given completely wrong explanation from Bob regarding the most important thing for me in my divorce decree. My ex had been abusing me while our marriage and I talked about it but they didn't listen to me. I told I have a police report but they didn't care. In my divorce decree, it says no family violence and "they" signed it. After divorce, my ex keeps harassing me for years. I may need to hire the lawyer again(of course not here). I regret that I chose this lawyer.

I hired him for a flat fee and paid upfront. Once he got paid, he went to Aspin in Alaska five times in two months. He never remember anything about the case. In front of the judge he was speechless and he lost EVERY single motion. He lies a lot. He said he filed a motion to reconsider and asked for the trial date. Once I fired him, the new attorney told me he did absolutely nothing other than having fun in Aspin. Worst attorney ever. You think you are saving, but the damages are way more expensive that a real attorney.

WORST ATTORNEY EVER!! CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD THIS GUY IS! HE HAS NO FOLLOW UP COURTESY AT ALL. TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEARS. TALKS A GREAT GAME TO GET YOUR CASH, THEN ITS DOWNHILL FROM THERE!! YOU'VE BEEN TOLD!
