I recently had the displeasure of having Bob mishandle my decree modification case. While I was a client of his, he went through 3 paralegals and moved his office to a shared office space. He was very difficult to track down until he wanted his monthly "flat fee" payment. Then he would disappear again until the next time. At court he was unprepared and frequently did the exact opposite of what he said he was going to do. All hat and no cattle: Bob talks tough but will quickly throw you under the bus and blame you instead of his incompetence. Don't just take my word for it. Read Yelp, read Avvo, and other reviews. I had numerous people contact me and share their frustrations after posting a few reviews. Ignore his paid sock puppet accounts that leave the same sterile reviews. There are plenty of other good attorneys in the Dallas area. Bob is not one of them.

My case had me stressing over my kids. Their mom got hooked on drugs and was trying to keep the kids away. Bob helped me fight for my kids and now we are stress free.

Bob, I'm sure is a nice guy in his head, instead of meeting regarding my case, he spent endless hours talking about his daughter, never discussing my case, then he made promises that were never fulfilled. He took 3K from me a single parent and blew smoke up my tail, several phone were made to follow up on why no movement was happening on my case. Then when we went to court regarding this severe parental alienation and abduction issue, The judge advises he never filed a motion, he didn't know any details on the case after he obtained all copies of my case file. I ended up forking over my child to this deadbeat dad because we had nothing to fight with. When I came to pick up my paperwork for an important criminal case that was opened by the deadbeats Dad's wife he avoided me, ignored my messages. I became agitated and literally jumped in the shower and came to his office only to sit 2 1/2 hours in the lobby. During my wait, I was wondering what is up with this guy and in comes another family who was advised that he was there as well, he was so angry he was ready to rip his head off, As I overhear the discussion he was having with the front desk, I realized our experiences were very similiar, he was had out if 9k. To make a long story short, HE IS A CON ARTIST, HE IS BANKRUPT AND GETTING READY TO MOVE HIS OFFICE AGAIN , AFTER JUST MOVING, HE CAUSED ME TO LOSE MY SON!!! AND TOOK MY MONEY, HE HAS NO BUSINESS PRACTICING LAW. DO NOT USE HIM PLEASE!! If any of you get a call where he is trying to extort you to take your post down don't do it, because he will follow through on his promises either. Contact the State board and have him answer to them.
