This attorney is only a symptom of the corruption prevalant with the Collin County court system. This is a woman who claims to want to help the custodial parent get an equitable amount of child support during a divorce proceeding, yet represents deadbeat non-custodial parents and claims they have no job or assets, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. This attorney tells blatant lies within the courtroom and has absolutely no shame. I have serious questions about her mental stability. To those considering an attorney in a family law matter, I would strongly recommend staying away from Ms. Cain!

Lauren Cain is extremely detail and verse on Texas family law. She handle my case as it was hers. Miss Cain is very professional and I would recommend her.

I hired Lauren Cain for a child custody case, from the start she was very easy to get a hold of and very understanding of all my needs. She was very big on finding all the details of the case and getting prepared for the case. During our time in court she had everything set and ready, this was our first temporary hearing. Everything went fast and easy, temporary orders were set and with her hard work there was no need to go to court again as both parties agreed on a final. During a stressful time like this it is great to have someone on your side that is willing to go the extra mile to help. I could not have made it through everything with out her by my side. I have read the other reviews blasting her and I would have to say that they are way off. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone, seems to me that some of the negative reviews are just people who lost to her in court.....

I went to Lauren when I felt my prior attorney wasn't hearing me and didn't seem concerned at all that my ex appeared to be on illicit drugs - no matter what evidence I brought him. Lauren listened to my concerns and immediately took action to ensure he was tested properly. My kids are safe now and this would not have happened without Lauren Cain! Lauren Cain is THE BEST! I had a lawyer that literally sucked money out of me and did nothing. Mrs. Cain finished my case and was straight up about what it cost! How I heard about her is through a friend that her ex husband used Mrs. Cain. She said “She is a beast and I recommend her over the lawyer I had” my friend was right! DO NOT USE HER!!ONCE SHE RECEIVED MY RETAINER SHE PROLONG MY CASE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I HAD TO THREATEN HER WITH THE BAR ASSOCIATE TO RECEIVE A RETURN CALLS. AFTER SEVERAL MONTH OF WAITING AND WAITING. I HAD TO FILED MY OWN PAPERWORK AND REPRESENT MYSELF. SHE IS ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY!!!!
