Benjamin is a great lawyer. He helped me with my TN visa application. My case was a bit more complicated since I had a 3-year degree from outside of North America, but Benjamin guided me through the whole process, and I got successfully approved! (He was also very quick at responding to any questions that I had.) I would definitely recommend Benjamin to anyone looking for an immigration attorney!

A fee months ago, we received a pretty extensive RFE for a TN1 visa and were pretty anxious as to what steps to take next. Benjamin happily offered us a free consultation where we talked for about an hour and discussed a plan of action on what kind of documents we should seem out and what kind of information we should include. After a month and a half of contacting clients to get specific documents and evidence. I drafted an RFE response letter myself and hired Benjamin to go over it to improve it to maximise our chances. He did an incredible job and had a very fast turnaround for a fair price. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get help with their cases and are looking for somebody who cares, without breaking the bank.

Explained everything super well and was very quick to write up all the paperwork I needed to apply for my TN. Thanks to him I had no trouble getting my TN at the border even though multiple other people were getting turned away that same day for not having a particular document or piece of paper with them.
