I’ve had to repeatedly text and leave vms to file papers or status of my parents probate. Lots of promises but no follow thru. Don’t take my money if you can’t do timely filings and have multiple excuses. Not happy and very frustrated and disappointed ☹️

Ms. Cantu help me set up my LLC. She did a very professional job and was wonderful at answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the service I received.

If you want things to get done, don’t hire Patricia Cantu. If you want to pay someone to do nothing but get you a copy of a child Support order and waste your time then by all means hire Patricia Cantu. Don’t trust my review? That’s ok. Just simply do your research… I wish I had before hiring her. Keeping you informed is something Patricia lacks at doing. BUT if you message her she will not only disregard your message, she will then tell you that she told you to not send messages and place blame on you for sending her screenshots of PROOF in regards to my case. She made it seem like I absolutely NEEDED an attorney for a status conference that was held in Galveston, so I take off from work and drive from Katy to Galveston only to sit in a court room for 15/20 minutes and got a copy of a child support order… I’m confused on how badly I needed an attorney when in reality I could have paid for the signed child support order myself. Would have cost me a whole lot less money and time. She even went as far as stating she would contact the mother of my son for the address but when you ask her about the status of getting that information, she states that her “Private investigator” still couldn’t locate the address. She failed to return my calls after asking via text to call me when she can. She has 2 phones and I can tell you that she doesn’t answer her work phone. You will get a rep who apparently hates their job and can’t assist you at all. “I will let Ms. Cantu know you called…” don’t hold your breath after that call waiting for Patricia to call you back. She was the first attorney that I hired and now I am hesitant on hiring another. I can only hope that Patricia sees this and ultimately adjust the way at she handles things in regards to her clients and how she practices. Being told that you can be helped gives you hope and all I wanted from Patricia was help for me to see my son. What I got was more stress and it cost me money that I didn’t have.

The Cantu Law Firm has a great staff and has helped me with all of my business letters and documents as well as personal documents. I highly recommend Patricia Cantu. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with.
