Excellent lawyer!!! Came to court and went to work!!! Got my case dismissed right away. If you need a lawyer who will go to bat for you give him a call. I would definitely hire him again.

My sister needed an attorney who can understand her background and situation! We found it with Mr Luis who is partner with Mr Foley. They listened and worked with her! Communication is key. She followed Mr Luis expert advice and her case was DISMISSED within 3 months!! He updated us where we’re at in the process. He was honest and very professional by not giving her false hope but tirelessly working to get her case dismissed! Goal was achieved!!!

I was accused of electronic harassment after trying to collect a debt from a dead beat. The firm did everything I requested and even when I misunderstood what was covered in my contract, they were patient enough to explain the services I had paid for. Mr Baez has a great understanding of the DA's. Office because if his past experience and in the court room he was able to get me in and out of the pretrial procedures quickly because of his experience. This ordeal will be behind me soon and it was handled with dignity that I am not sure I would have gotten with other firms in the local area.

Luis was appointed to represent me by the court. Although court appointed lawyers are known to have a bad rap, Luis was a professional and took his job serious. Luis got my case dismissed for a charge that carried a maximum sentence of 2 years. Highly recommended.
