Recently got into a accident and Ben abbot was able to handle my case with no issues. Highly recommend

Use extreme discernment/caution when considering this firm. Our case was open for nearly five years. This firm is extremely disorganized. They lost files, misplaced documents, passed our file to MULTIPLE legal aides, misrepresented the fee schedule and even asked my husband to use his relationship with medical providers to negotiate down fees yet never offered to reduce their own. In addition, they FAILED MISERABLY at negotiating the cost of prescriptions that should have never exceeded $50 but they allowed the prescribing pharmacy to price gauge. (We were not given an option on pharmacies. The meds came in the mail and we never received a bill or was notified of cost until the case was ready to be settled. The prescribed meds were billed at $1392, they settled for $392 but these meds are collectively less than $50 per multiple reliable resources) My husband's assigned attorney seemed disinterested in being his voice and once he agreed to a settlement, he was passed off again. When he went to pick up the settlement check, the woman behind the glass told him he needed to write a review. When he looked at her, she said, "maybe not." (See the attached regarding their instructions to show the review at time of check pick up) Dealing with this firm seems like a crap shoot because they do have positive reviews. In our case, this firm was referred and we trusted the referral. We will NEVER refer this firm. We should have gone with our gut like one other reviewer stated when we had to go through security to reach the office. This firm needs to be questioned regarding EVERYTHING they do! Feckless council is a gross understatement!!
