Kyle was referred to defend a moving violation -failure to yield to emergency vehicle- change lanes or lower speed 20 mph below posted speed. City of Terrell Texas is a terrible speed trap. From the beginning Kyle was attentive and completed the intake on my case. He kept me informed both with telecom and emails throughout the whole process. He contacted city of Terrell & appeared on my behalf on Zoom. He was able negotiated to an acceptable level for me. He conveyed the information to me via phone call and promptly mailed the court paperwork. I am a busy person and having Kyle in my corner was helpful for me. I assumed when you consulted an attorney to "take care" of your traffic citations that's what would take place. warrants were lifted but I was informed I would still have to pay the tickets, send a certified letter to the court and blah, blah, blah, blah! all those things I failed to do the first time im having to do all again, only this time the money is due all at once. money I dont have. which means there will be more warrants issued and the cycle continues. except this time I'm several hundred dollars lighter. not at all what I expected. what a year it's been indeed!

Kyle was great! He took care of all the paperwork in my case and demonstrated preparedness and organization. He had great written and verbal communication before, during, and after each court date (and we reset several court dates). He worked a great plea bargain having three reductions in the penalties before I settled. Kyle worked fast to get me in and out of court asap and had great knowledge of resources and websites to complete court requirements. got a speeding ticket for going 60 on a highway when the speed limit was 65. Cop said I was speeding because I was getting up to the speed limit when entering on the highway. I just wanted it fought since it was bull and I got the ticket at the end of the month. All he did was said I would do defensive driving and pay the fine. I wanted it to be fought, not taken the lazy way out with a driving course that I could have easily said I would do without paying someone to tell the courts I would do it. Such a waste of money.
