II have had the sincere pleasure of having Mr. Kelley Whalen as my Attorney for about five years. I have found Mr. Whalen to be an extremely professional and a very ethical person who has his client’s best interest at heart. He is patient and willing to take the time necessary to listen to his clients concerns while giving them his very best advice. He is mindful of the costs and he researches the options available to each client prior to making his final suggestions. He is mindful of the costs involved and always gives the best price possible. I personally have dealt with the legal system as police officers for over twenty years and have never found any other attorney that worked as hard for his clients. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking Attorney who gives 100% to your case then Mr. Kelley Whalen is your man. He simplifies the legal jargon and gives you straight answers to the problems that you are concerned with. He has given me and my family great legal advice for a fair price. Received a traffic citation for speeding in Austin, Mr Whalens office took the case and handled right away. I was able to keep ticket off my driving record and didn't have to appear in court or make any calls. Saved me so much time and money! Thankful!

I have been a client of Mr. Whalen's for the past 3 years. I have used this firm for various legal issues, with the last being a Probate matter. Mr. Whalen and his staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, considerate and caring. The Probate matter that I used his firm for was a very long, arduous process.
