Can sometimes be overly aggressive or intimidating during negotiations
“Before our appearance, I was taken into a side room for consultation. I was told there was no way the judge would rule in my favor on any of my counter claims, contrary to what I 100% believed before that day. It was a losing case. The other side was suggesting a settlement offer and offering very little to me, and I should take it or risk losing my shirt. She was clearly being bullied by the opposing attorney and, in turn, I felt bullied by her to sign something I wasn't comfortable with.”
