I am beyond thankful for Mark Morales and his associates! I hired them after my husband got his first set-off and now he will be home in less than 2 months. Everyone in the firm is super polite and very responsive. Definitely worth it!

Mr. Martinez was my court-appointed attorney. I have had paid attorneys in the past but he surpassed all of my expectations and then some. He assisted me every step of the way in a difficult process and a complex case. His skill and understanding of the law put me at ease when I was nervous and fearful of the outcome. I never doubted his ability when there were times I doubted myself. He took my situation personally and was extremely attentive to my case. I cannot convey in words the gratitude and thanks that I owe him. Due to covid, I only was able to meet him once in person but I consider him my personal friend. He truly is a wonderful person. Mark Morales and his staff were very helpful and communicative on my case. I felt very well taken care of, I was emailed consistently with all the specifics and updates and what I needed to get done and received quick responses for all my questions. We are extremely thankful for Mark Morales and his team. My brother had received 2-15 years sentences after being railroaded by Montgomery Co. We hired this law firm after my brother got denied at his first parole hearing. John Lane his paralegal helped use get prepared for his 2nd hearing and we just received the news that he was granted parole!!! We can not Thank You Enough for how much you cared and for all your thoughtful words throughout this process.

He's not professional, he's hard to reach out too, and he don't care about your case. Don't waste your money on this guy.

Latest update feb 2022-my case was dismissed. How can there be 2 predicted outcomes? Thanks for nothing If I am a prosecuting attorney my job is to find you guilty. If I am a lawyer my job is to defend you not cut a deal. First time offender and a veteran for a misdemeanor class b. So I would have to take classes and drug tests and pay more money. Why the drug test and extra requirements? So they can find any little thing to get you stuck in the system. If you found out your son was not yours and your old lady had been cheating for years, what would you have done? I was looking for answers but I guess now they call that harrasment

My son was given a 9 year sentence and denied parole in his first attempt! We hired Mark for his second hearing and he was granted release at his hearing just yesterday!!!!!! I am thankful for the help of Mark and his team, I appreciate them so much! Best decision ever ❤️

Alejandro was a court appointed attorney for my case. I was nervous that a court appointed defense wouldn’t be very responsive or quality. However, I found just the opposite. Alejandro was always responsive to texts, calls, and emails. He knew exactly what we needed to do to get my felony dropped to a misdemeanor. He was so good that I actually hired him for some extra services! 10/10 would recommend!
