My experience with Brooke has been less than ideal. I’ve sent 7 emails, countless phone calls and no return communication. Does anyone know how to make contact with her? Communication skills are definitely lacking, and disappointing.

Incompetent.

My experience with Brooke has been less then acceptable. Her communication skills are not acceptable for someone handling peoples personal lives involving children. Not only have I left several voice mails and emails looking for some sort of a response over a three week period when I do get a response it is very short. I am not pleased with the way things have been handled. I signed paper work for her also around three weeks ago with no response!

Best attorney out there. He really cares about his clients & treats them like people not just a paycheck!

Joe is as god as it gets in criminal law. His professionalism is top notch and his knowledge is unmatched in the area. As a colleague I can assure you he isn't a pretender as so many that practice criminal law are. He will fight. He will tell you the hard truth. You won't find a better lawyer. Hire him.

She neglected my case. She neglected communicating with me in a timely manner with email, texts, and calls. She misrepresented my case. Doesn't notify you in a timely manner regarding documents submitted. I Highly Do Not recommend her to anyone.

Without getting into specifics,Brooke diligently took action in my case with professionalism and empathy. I can never repay her for being a stepping stone in my life and making things clear to me that before I did not see. She is fair and just and is so passionate about her work. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone!

My experience has been horrible with Brooke Ward as my attorney. She’s a nice woman and she makes you feel like she really cares about your case, but I never felt like she was in my corner, aside from maybe the first couple of weeks of hiring her. My main point of contact was her assistant, initially, who ended up quitting and going somewhere else. Things were okay up until that point, but then it became a struggle to get in touch with Brooke. I sent emails, I made phone calls, but it would be works before I would hear back from her. We wrapped up my case, and I thought that she would be handling setting up paperwork for the final orders. It’s almost a year later, and I found out that it never happened. I can’t get a hold of her, and apparently nobody else can. I wish that she had told me that perhaps she was too busy to take on my case, and referred me to someone with more resources. Now I’m stuck having paid 5 grand to someone who can’t return an email or a phone call. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone, she doesn’t care about you or your situation, and is clearly too busy to be bothered by you. Also, I hope that she sees this review so that she can change how she’s been conducting her business, and maybe will finally call me back. Terrible experience.
