Please do not hire this firm. They took my money, started working on my case, then stopped. Weeks and months went by with no returned calls or emails. I finally fired them and filed a grievance with the state bar. Have been asking for a refund for the past few weeks and, surprise, no response. Extremely unprofessional. Blamed me me not providing all the information they requested. When I presented evidence showing them the emails where I had in fact provided everything asked for they made up other excuses. Avoid this firm.

I would give zero stars if possible. They do not care about their clients and fail to acknowledge their own negligence. The guy at the front desk is very nice and deserves a better place of employment.

Kept appointment on time. Attorney Ashley Vaughn was courteous and willing to listen to my issues, Very thorough. The work was completed within one week. Not your usual billing-centered attorney, Fair fee for my needs.
