David with Lovein Ribman delivered outstanding service to my company as we sought to recover damages from a negligent subcontractor who caused damage to a property we were working on. I was actually willing to accept a lower settlement and David got me even more than I was willing to accept. These guys know the industry like the back of their hand and provided honest counsel along the way.

I will add to this review once I actually meet with Armin Mizani. But I’m starting with a 5 because HE CALLED ME. Not a receptionist. Not a paralegal. Armin called me after I put in an inquiry online. He is meeting with me to discuss my claim. I work in insurance and I can tell you already that his approach is better than any I’ve dealt with before. He is willing to take the time out of his day to reach out to someone who may or may not sign with him. He is going to meet with me to discuss my claim. Once I meet with him (and possibly sign with him) I will add to this review. But I’m already impressed. 🤷‍♀️

I'm so thankful that I found the team of construction lawyers at Lovein Ribman to help our organization maneuver through one of the worst construction messes ever dealing with a mechanics lien issue. Alessandro Pauri was instrumental in negotiating and keeping the wheels on the bus with a contractor to resolve the issue and get us to our closing table on time. Thank you to Google and all the great reviews that gave me the confidence to trust them to get our situation resolved in a very short timeframe. Nobody ever wants to be in the place to need a lawyer, but when you find yourself there, it is a blessing to have a firm like Lovein Ribman and an attorney like Alessandro Pauri available to help you through it. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Just sayin'

I had prior excellent service from Robert Lovein and recently was interacting with David Pipal-Attorney at this firm regarding his attempt to help collect an insurance claim on my behalf. The insurance Co. declined my coverage and David subsequently researched Texas Case Law and authored a strong response citing a specific Case law resulting in the Insurance Co agreeing to directly reimburse me. David provided his service and did not charge me. It's remarkable, especially during these hard Covid times.

Lovein Ribman and Alessandro we're able to quickly resolve a flooding issue at my apartment building which was reaching the two year limit and no action had been taken. Over the course of an approximately a year and a half case Mr. Marshall provided excellent service.
