I have a new home in Austin and the builder had been stalling on some critical rppairs for nearly a year. One word from Robert and they moved to get the work done right away! With the home shortage as bad as it is here, I think builders think they can get away with anything. Let's show them they can't!

I have never had the need to look for another attorney since 2010 when I first made contact with him. He is professional, quick and responsive in your time of need. He will forever be the attorney I want to represent me on all matters of business. On top of being a good attorney, he will also give you good advise to avoid needing his services in the future. Back in 2013 I purchased one the "Hired By Owner Residential Lien Kits" Not only did the lien kit meet my needs and expectations over the years but the customer support which I did not expect, is the best you will find anywhere today! Throughout the eight years I've owned the kit I've on occasion, called or emailed Mr. Lovein with one or more questions. Every time I've reached out, Robert has continually returned my calls and emails the same day and generally with in a one-hour time frame. Robert has always had an answer and was always glad to help. Even after eight years! Not once did he ever make me feel like I was imposing and has always been professional, courteous and treated me with the utmost respect. Mr. Lovein immediately responded to my email and discussed with me over the phone some options. He then put me in contact with Nick Messina. Nick Messina was very professional and detailed with my case regarding a lien placed on my home. Jenna sent me all the documentation that I needed to file and was also very helpful. They always answered my phone calls and emails immediately and resolved my issue in two weeks. I enjoyed working with Nick and the Lovein firm and will refer to people when asked. After some research and phone calls that led me to believe that Lovein Ribman was the best in a particular area of law, I hired Nick Messina to take care of a mechanics lien that was on a piece of property I had purchased.
