Lauren and her team are very professional, knowledgable, and efficient. She understood my situation, gave me realistic expectations, and fought for me the whole time. I was able to complete the divorce process in less time than I expected, with much less hassle than I expected, and a much better settlement than I expected - all for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Lauren and her team to help get through divorce as painlessly as possible.

Though I can not comment on Lauren’s legal expertise just yet her character definitely required a praise. Due to a scheduling mishap we could have our initial consultation however she quickly called me later in the day to explain the situation and listened to my case impromptu. I found out important information I was not prevy to in which case she could not represent me at the moment but she still offered me guidance and didn’t just hang up. This was just the ray of hope I needed. I’m a clueless first time mom , first generation American and still young / naive so with out her direction I would not have known next steps. I pray that I am able to get an extension so that I can retain her services because I truly believe she will fight for me and my case. Until then I trust her recommendation and have sought different representation and hoping he can deliver the same way she has . Lauren , sincerely thank you for being a good person.

Lauren Powell is my current lawyer helping me with a very messy and high conflict divorce case that involves child custody. She was recommended by a friend of mine. Lauren and her staff went above and beyond for me. Got me more than 50% and as there for me every step of the way. She answered any and all questions I had about everything that was going on. She is funny and friendly and looks out for your best interests! Not that I plan to need her again but I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone. Well worth the money spent!

Our family has personally BENEFITED from the knowledge and wisdom Mrs. Powell has to offer both professionally and personally. When we needed assistance getting emergency POA paperwork in order and when we needed counsel on family masters she was there to help guide our family. Powell Law is a team so anytime we needed it there were other attorneys with years of knowledge and resources that were available to us. I also had the honor of working with Powell Law Offices @ their Michigan location. They realized the importance of allowing families to be part of their office and always put a huge emphasis on their employees putting family first. The Texas location even has a room dedicated to employees children who at times needed to go to work with their parent. This was such a relief at times, when a sitter cancelled last minute. If our child(ren) had a school function during a normal work day, they allowed their employees to take time off to join them. Other benefits included extended time off during holidays, lots of personal vacation time, fully funded family vacations and cruises. Lauren knows that happy employees make for great employees. I highly recommend Powell Law offices for both representation and employment!!!
