Called, their VM said to text that it was the quickest way. I did that, they replied 2 days later with a date of 12/4. I replied. Then 5 days later I got a text saying please reach out to the office on Monday we are closed for the holidays lol. Shocking I got no call on 12/4 at 11am. Wasted 2 weeks when I could have found someone who actually follows through. Don't waste your time. Edit to add: there response is also a lie. BC I did reply back the say day. Have a great holiday season as well. No response is better than a lie FYI.

Communication with this firm is horrendous. No one responds to calls, voicemails, or emails. I have been reaching out with absolutely no response for 3 weeks now. This is unreal!

I'll come back and amend if I get the results I'm looking for. I don't think they are too fond of working with metlife participants. Everything has been via text. Your 15 min consultation via text is no where near as transparent and effective as a phone call but like I said...we shall see.

I had the worst experience. We had a scheduled consultation in which she no showed with out any communication and or a notice. I did reach out to see what happened and I received a text message highlighting that court proceeding had taken longer then expected and although I am very understanding that things happen being passive aggressive and not assuring an additional consultation is beyond professionalism. I was desperate and pleaded for another appointment because I needed help and I was denied another appointment and the appointment that was offered was pushed out and by that point I lost my home and was forced out to be homeless with my two children. I don't wish what this office did on any one and forever will give her a thumbs down.
