Do not waste your time and money. How anyone loses a case representing a female police officer from her daughter living with her speaks for itself. Let this review remind people, most attorneys don't have your best interest. And his response is about as dry of an attorney as he was. Daughters should not be taken from their Mothers based off of income and remote employment. Try again. You are incompetent. Bottom line.

Update: so you wish the threaten legal action for a negative online review on a platform in which that’s entire purpose. If you didn’t like the narrative you should have / could change it, and still withholding billing requests who would know what you’ve done. I’ve been in thousands of cases, plenty of experience and first hand knowledge to state everything I have. I’ve taken it upon myself to reach out to multiple of your other negative review customers, if this continues without you taking proper actions my next action will be to file a grievance with the State Bar. If you put this much communication and effort into your customer as you do Google there probably wouldn’t have been an issue. Do not use this attorney, extremely passive and allows others to dictate everything .Very unprepared, commits no time to the case. No prep before the hearing, showed up late. It was very obvious he didn’t know what to do . Open and close simple case, he’s blowing it. Lied about fees , then up charges to still provide no further council . Almost in 5 figures for 5 hrs of work including the embarrassing short performance in the courtroom. He was an embarrassment , do not use this attorney if you want to win .
