“Horrible communication. I submitted a contact request form for a consultation and didn't hear from them. Waited about a week with no answer. Sent them an email and waited another week with no answer.”

Difficulty in reaching the firm
“They are polite in person, if you can get ahold of them. Otherwise, they are very difficult to reach, non-responsive, slow, and in general this gives the appearance that they just don't care.”
