We recently updated our wills and it was a very positive and informative experience. All of the staff was friendly. We especially appreciated how helpful and responsive Kimber Patterson was in providing and explaining necessary forms, paperwork, and setting up appointments. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Amazing team! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a friendly warm welcome that puts me at ease That ease continued while I was walked through very patiently the process as well as updates even when there wasn’t an update really to give. Amazing people but should you work with Kimber, just know you’re getting someone who genuinely is there to help and will take care of all your legal needs.

Horrible communication. I submitted a contact request form for a consultation and didn't hear from them. Waited about a week with no answer. Sent them an email and waited another week with no answer. Polite over the phone but very disappointed I needed to waste my time trying to get an answer. Horrible experience

Mr Goll was very easy to work with when having our wills updated. He took all the new information and within a couple weeks had them finished. The signing was a breeze, everything was laid out when we got to the office, so all we had to do was sign and initial. Would definitely use them again when we need some legal work done.

I cannot recommend this firm. We are using them for an adoption case. They took our retainer then ignored our emails for almost two months, taking no action at all. They are polite in person, if you can get ahold of them. Otherwise, they are very difficult to reach, non-responsive, slow, and in general this gives the appearance that they just don’t care. And ours is an easy case. Stay away.
