Dan visited my mother in a rehab center to help us get the Durable Power of Attorney and Medical Power of Attorney made out. Was very patient with her and made sure she understood everything she was signing. She liked him very much.

Dan Perkins helped plan my parents estate years ago. I lost my Mother in 2019 and my Father passed suddenly during COVID. I called the firm noted on the Will “prepared by” and he remembered them and the particulars of my family. I shared my fears and he assured me we would not have any issues with our case. My case was complicated by a disinheritance of a sibling and I was named Executrix. He had a detailed answer for each of my many questions. His assistant Kimberly helped me with each document/signing. I fell ill shortly after the initial proceeding and she would call and check on me. During the worst of the worst, shelter in place, court house via Zoom and recovering after an illness – Dan and Kimberly were a Godsend. I highly recommend this law office.

We needed a Will and other associated estate and medical documents for protection. Dan explained the use and need for each document; made the process easy and stress free. If you need these kinds of papers, Dan Perkins is a go to guy! We will use him again for any other needs and have asked our family to consider using his services for their estate papers.

Dan is a unusual attorney....he really cares, that is very hard to find. He made my son and family feel very confident and comfortable, he went over and above to make sure our son got what he deserved. Dan is professional, while being tuff and that is what you need. He was very knowledgeable about Texas law and explained what we needed to do in order to have the necessary documents so that our wishes and intents would be carried out.
