Mr. Mullins is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with and very complete in negotations. Especially concerning this new Oil, Gas & Mineral technology, new ways of surveying and verbage completeing OGM leases. He addressed my concerns immediately which allowed me to have a definite field of choices.
