Oliver Hassibi’s empathy and care allowed me to instill the trust and confidence in him needed to get me through a difficult time in my life. He handled my case with ease and grace. The outcome he provided was everything I had hoped it would be. He will forever be the one I recommend to my friends and family.

From first meeting Oliver Hassibi and retaining him as my attorney, Ive been impressed by his attention to details within my case and my personal account. He fights for my best interest and continues to work around my decisions. Hes been very responsive, committed and I am pleased by the high quality of his services.

Told me $1000 was not worth anyone's time to sue for attorney fees. Happy to know he's rich enough to not care about the lower class. Based on my conversation his knowledge of the law is questionable at best.

He's a crook! Does not care about you and will tell you he does not care because he gets paid either way.

Bill Ray has been there for me step for step through out the whole process on my case and I would gladly have him represent me on any future cases or recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer that will fight for his clients!!!!!!!!!!

The other 1-star reviews on this attorney are absolutely correct. If you enjoy being incarcerated, if you want an attorney who spinelessly kowtows to the prosecution against you, who will fight hard for you to receive a prison sentence, and who has no respect or esteem for for the US or Texas Constitutions, “Bill” is definitely your guy! On the other hand, if you want an attorney who upholds the Lawyer’s Creed, who adheres to the Rules of Professional Conduct, who will be on YOUR side, and who actually cares about you and your case, DO NOT hire this attorney. If he’s been court-appointed to your case, do whatever you can to pay for and retain a different attorney, or plead desperately with the court to appoint a different attorney to represent you or your incarcerated loved one! Bill Ray is my current appointed attorney and he has tried hard to keep me in jail, has lied to the court and to my family, has neglected my wishes, has insulted and condescended to me, has failed to notify me of changes and additions of my case on the docket, and has cost me tens of thousands upon thousands of dollars in personal and financial losses. *If he responds to this, as he has others, by stating that he doesn’t know me or has never represented me, he is, once again, lying.*

If there were a MINUS STAR, that's what I'd give this man. He basically does more harm than good, conducts himself very unprofessionally; and is actually downright cruel.

Apparently this dude is stuck in a low level vibration of his life - he screams and yells at people from a stressed view of his "stressed" world. I hope someone helps him remember LIFE doesn't have to be that way - and instead of creating positive forward energy - he is recycling his negative experiences back on the world.

Mr. Hassibi was rude argumentative and dismissive. He failed to make court appearance with my son on 2 occasions. While I understand both reasons, his failure to communicate those reasons is a failure in his client representation. "Too busy" with a "major case" is not a legitimate excuse - especially when there was no follow up. Additionally, when I questioned him on his actions, he agreed to the statements I made. However, when I asked him to justify his actions, instead of telling me why he failed to appear and meet his obligations, he denied any responsibility or necessity to follow through with his commitment to represent my son. Initially, my only concern was getting an explanation as to why my son was not receiving the representation he was promised. As a result of Mr. Hassibi's attitude and denial of any responsibility, my new goal is to make sure that everyone, including the Texas Bar Association, is aware of his failure.
