Very friendly just a little small inside and tight parking

First off I want it known that I was gonna write a great review no matter the outcome. Mainly because Mr. Barrera is not here to get you out of the hole your in, he’s here to make sure that you get the best possible outcome for the situation you found yourself in. I was in dire need of assistance due to a very tough custody battle and I needed it quick. I sought help from Mr. Barerra and I was willing to pawn my valuables to get him to represent me. He worked with me with what I had even though he wasn’t benefiting from the situation. He put his trust in me to pay his VERY reasonable price in a REASONABLE time because at the end of the day he knew what mattered NOW was my children and nothing else. All I’ll say is he is a very honest and intelligent human who will fight for what matters most and he will do it quick. I won’t sit here and say I won because honestly there are no winners in custody battles. There is only the best suited. With that being said , I will say that I WAS found to be the best suited for my children all thanks to Mr Barrera. Thank you sir.

First of all i wan to thank Mr.Barrera for helping me to get my son back. It wasnt a easy case, as there had only been 4 like mine in the state of Texas before with the last one being in 2010. In my situation, when my son was born my rights were taken away since the mother of my son let her Bf at the time sign my sons birth certificate. Automatically giving him rights to my son, and me not even being able to see him. It was tough to get the Judge to give me my rights and to take them away from the other guy. With DNA test evidence we were able to solve this case, we went through hell and back to get the test done but we were able to get it done. Mr.Barrera never quit on me even though everybody made it seem like it was impossible, and also when i was ready to quit he gave me hopes and told me he was going to get me my son back. I strongly recommend for everybody to have him as your attorney. Also want to thank our Family friend who Referred him to us. I will forever be grateful for him helping me because im always going to have my son in my life and im always going to be a part of his.

My family was recently targeted by Child Protective Services. They made it clear that they wanted to remove my children so I turned to The Barrera Law Firm. Mr. Barrera helped us navigate the entire process. He made sure their threats were simply that, words that could not hurt us. CPS found nothing (as expected) but they were still unsatisfied. They harassed us, they came into my home making accusations, trespassed, yelled, argued...they pulled their dirty little tricks. Every step of the way Mr. Barrera was there. He made it clear that CPS was not allowed to bully us or tear my family apart. He went above and beyond. He contacted their main headquarters and the CPS worker was no longer able to come onto my property or have any contact with me without proper supervision. I am thrilled to say the case is closed. The judge dismissed the case and CPS is out of my life. Mr. Barrera ensured my family stayed together. He would answer all my concerns the minute I voiced them. He is truly dedicated. He explains everything so well. I will never forget the first time he contacted CPS to inform them he was representing me. The silence from CPS followed by their unsteady voices was extremely satisfying. They thought they could target me and my family just because I am a step mom but he put them in their place really quick. I highly recommend Mr. Barrera. CPS tried to ruin my life. My wife and I had need of a family attorney for an estate and we live in Missouri, Mr Barrera unlike several attorneys actually took the time to speak with us long distance and agreed to represent us. The estate took eight months l longer than it should due to a family member and their attorney. Mr. Barrera gave us his cell phone number, he answered his phone and returned texts messages and provided first class service. Mr Barrera and his office took care of us when other attorneys in Harlingen would not even bother talking to us due to us being out of state. Mr Barrera did all the work he promised for his retainer in processing the estate and went above and beyond due to the added family issues and opposing attorney motions dragging out the estate settlement. The estate went into arbitration and Mr Barrera represented us during that process and we came out a winner in the end and very happy with the outcome. Bottom line is I have worked with other attorneys in the past and Mr Barrera unlike other attorneys he was very accessible when not in court, he personally returned calls, emails and text messages he did everything he could to make dealing with the loss of a family member and the associated legal issues as easy as possible with us living in Missouri we are grateful for his representation as our attorney and would recommend him and his law firm to others in need if his services. Mr Barrera did not nickle and dime us to death like a lot of Harlingen attorneys will, he gave us his price and he kept his word and worked hard to represent us and we were successful due to time and representation.
