This company shorted me $100 on a job that they were told to pay me $175. I was hired by them to complete a signing that went sideways after I drove to the clients and completed the signing. I then went back out to the clients after talking to the title company and they sent me docs. Long story short the title company asked ANP to invoice them for the second signing due to title companies not being able to pay notaries directly. The title company told them my fee was $175 and I just received a check for $75. I was expecting maybe for them to take $10 tops to cut the check and send it but that’s it because they literally had nothing to do with the second signing. Hope you’re proud of yourselves for stealing from the small business that I am.

There are a bunch of complaints everywhere that this company does not pay their notaries. I was very concerned and so I shared that with them. I received my check today. I completed the two jobs last week.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT work with this company. Such a terrible company. Susie from the company called directly for a loan signing in CA at an agreed rate and then refused to honor it. It was my mistake I didn’t check the original order email carefully and trusted Susie had the correct amount on it. 2 months out I didn’t receive payment and asked how I can receive payment stated the agreed amount and they didn’t respond. Six months later, still no payment I had to inquire again and stated the amount. After months of silence, they claimed they only owed much less. Avoid working with America’s Notary Pro at all costs to save you time a frustrations.

I did two signings for them and did not get paid after 70 days. I contacted the title company and found out they had been paid right after I did the signing. This was after several calls to the signing company and leaving voicemails with no response. Once I contacted the title company Americas answered. They are not a good signing company to work for. I will no longer accept any signing from them. I had to send a Demand for Payment letter to try to get my money after several weeks of trying to work with them.

I was pretty nervous when they had not paid me after 2 months and they weren't answering my emails after a week had passed that I had emailed them and they didn't answer their phone, and I saw that they has 100% 1-Star Reviews. I did get them to pay me, so that may help you notaries feel better. I would be willing improve the rating to 5-Star if they can improve their communication and payment process in the future. Just wanted you other notaries to know that I got paid :)

They don’t pay they signing agents

Only one star because the system forces you to. You can’t do zero stars. If I could give them negative stars I would. Been chasing these people for 109 days for payment. Always excuses. Always someone else’s fault. Always the “checks in the mail” story. I’ve done thousands of signings and this is the first one I’ve ever had to chase so aggressively to get the money they’ve promised for four months. I refuse to work with them again.

I did a job for them 5/11/23 and have not been paid yet 10-3-23. The usual response it person in accounts payable is not in office today. They even asked me to do a second job within the first month and I am so glad I refused it. They rate a -3

Beware - They do not pay, they do not answer emails and they do not answer their phone.

This company did not pay me for the Notary done. I have contacted them 3 times and each time they said that, they are working on it. Then they stop taking my call. And I have not heard from them since.

They do not communicate nor pay their outstanding invoices.

I want to give them a 0, but cant. I did a signing for them in 08/22 and 09/22. I emailed them to inquire about the payment on 10/12/22 and they stated I did not submit a W9 (dont know how that was possible) so I submitted one that day. I have then since moved and provided a new on 12/6/22. I called 3 times today. 1st call left voicemail, 2nd and 3rd I got hung up on by Belinda. Now I am off to any reviews title company and the BBB.
