My family has been mailbox holders here for 14 years and have always had awesome service! Marlene and Luis know how to work their wizardry and make awesome business cards, fliers, and whatever else you need. Prices here for copying are the lowest I've seen and they have been able to notarize many documents my bank could not for reasonable prices. They have very friendly and helpful employees like Matt and Elijah who make returning ATT u-verse equipment fast and painless, and shipping very easy! I have heard from other customers that they prefer coming here over other stores in the area. Overall, they get a 11/10 from me!

Always friendly, fast and efficient with my mailing needs. Very helpful when my printer was broken.

If I could give less Stars I would! I was lied too I was told that my package would be leaving the facility on Saturday turns out wasn't shipped out until Monday and was never told there was no guarantee for Christmas. I just think it is an important holiday and they were obviously presents that the local store would have properly trained employees with the most update knowledge on shipping. I will NEVER ship UPS again!

This UPS Store has been great to me and I have had my mailbox here for well over 7+ years now. Each of the staff has been very nice and helpful to me, thank you.

I have a ups store mailbox on Ellison road and have opened one before at another location a while back with no issues. I used my state id and my employer id with my name and picture with them to open the boxes at the time with no issues. This location, since I'm moving again, I chose because it's closer now,, they gave me the third degree on other choices of picture id I would need instead of my obviously legitimate major employer id and Texas id. I assume the younger male guy didn't know for sure what they could accept or not. Waste of time and gas trying to do business and I guess he didn't trust I would be a good customer or not if he did know I had the proper id's. I'd rather pay a higher price with ups than the usps because quality is important to me over anything else. Now, where am I going to get a mailbox? Is this location making up their own policy on what to use for id or he just didn't know what he could accept?

Stopped by to print ONE page, should have been very quick, easy and cheap since its ONE page but it was more complicated and time consuming than it should have been. On top of all that the guy tells me $1 for one damn page! Ripping people off is what they're doing. Save yourself money and a headache and don't go to this store! So unhappy with how my transaction was handled!

I'm always very pleased with my experiences at this UPS store. My home printer has been glitchy for a while and I find it easier to use the online printing options and pick up at the store. The process is very user friendly and the people at UPS always get the print job right. The staff is always very friendly and attentive.
