Do not use this location!! For one they are extremely rude and condescending. They almost refuse to take Amazon returns and make it awkward every single time. This location is extremely convenient, but I will drive 7 miles the other way before I ever go back to this store. I went in to send my elderly grandmother extra large get well soon cards and they did not use the correct postage and one was lost, one my grandma had to send someone into usps to pay $1.28. A $20 card just lost, it's been weeks now and we don't know where it is. This location needs shut down or a complete overhaul of management. Do not come here unless you're ready for confrontation, no matter what type of business you try to conduct here, they've got an attitude about it.

Wish I could give ZERO stars.
Worst UPS store I ever experienced.
Wanted me to pay $35 for a box to put my order in to return to Amazon because the box was damaged.
John was the rudest person I have met in any business in a very long time. Made sarcastic comments to me when I told him I was not willing to spend $35 on a small box.
Seemed like he hates his job and has no customer service.
I will drive to the Rim, 7 miles out of my way, just to have better treatment. The owner/ manager of the store should be embarrassed.
ETA— But after reading the other reviews, I realize he doesn’t care and will blame the “cost and high quality products” but I don’t see UPS boxes and tape as being so special and made of gold. Stop blaming customers when you clearly have a store that can’t treat people properly and can’t take accountability for over-charging people. In this economy, you have to treat people better to earn a profit, not worse. Taking advantage and mistreating customers will get you nowhere. I plan to let everyone in my neighborhood and local area know not to go here.
He even called me to argue with me that he doesn’t know why they quoted $35

Proceeded to tell me that other stores don’t offer tape either — a lie. I took a photo at the rim location one hour after leaving his store.
Don’t bother coming here unless you like someone being condescending and ignorant. The owner calls to defend and argue with you If you leave an honest review! 😤

Employees were not knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping or answering questions. Also my package, which I paid a lot of money to ship quickly, is sitting in a warehouse 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered, and UPS offers no way for me to even speak to a customer service rep about it.
I should be refunded what I paid for the shipping, at a minimum, because I didn't receive the service I paid for and now am in a bind due to the package not being delivered on time (or at all, so far). UPS had one job, failed miserably, and couldn't care less.

Spoke to the owner about customs of looking up personal medication. Owner stated while not in the ups policy at this location they will continue to google each medication to "ensure each medication is not a narcotics" I advised him he should have a list for employees to not violate the customer privacy he stated he would not do that. Failure to attempt to resolve customer complaint and violation of customer privacy.
Owner has no conflicts resolution skills. Will go to another UPS store, not owned by "John". I have already called and spoke to corporate about this situation.
John before you call someone easy up on trying to over explain your point especially when your wrong.

The person named Virginia at the front counter was extremely rude and condescending, we packed our own box and after she VOLUNTEERED to tape the package closed informed us it would be a 9 dollar “packing” fee. She also overcharged us on the receipt and after pointing that out to her she became extremely snarky before correcting her own mistake.

I always take my returns from Amazon to the UPS store near Bandera. They are always fast & efficient in doing their job. They are very professional & smile during my transactions.
