Great customer service, very friendly and helpful personnel. I was in and out in a timely manner.

I called, before driving over there, to ask if I could get a document notarized without wearing a mask, saying the mask is harmful to my health, which it is. The young woman who answered said yes--just stand next to the computers when you arrive. So I did, and an apparent manager, with a scowl on her face (not totally covered by her mask!) came over and demanded a "medical card" from me. Nothing was said about that over the phone, and I pointed out that the current restriction says one must wear a mask only where six-foot "social distancing" is not possible--and it was possible. She made me leave. I will not be going back to UPS again.

Notary put the wrong date, we had to go all the way back, waste of time

I just paid three times the price of regular mail to mail a letter! I asked the clerk who just mumbled surcharge. Now that I know surcharge means total robbery. Never again!

This store has messed up 2 of my packages..I will not give them a 3rd!!!!!!..they didn't give me a refund on both !!..be cautious!!!..buy insurance on everything you ship!!!

All staff at this location are efficient, friendly, and helpful with all packaging and shipping needs. Awesome management, great customer service. Keep up the good work!!

I tried calling them during business hours to ask a quick question and all I got were automated machines with information about this and that. I needed to call and speak to a real person. Tried three times and gave up after the third. I am disappointed because when I have been here in the past I've had great experiences. I just wish they would answer their phones.
