40 years of dealing with lawyers. I've never had such a level of confidence. Honest, transparent and highly skilled. Update: I paid several lawyers, over 30 years, between 2 states who had failed to make any progress with a case complicated by government agencies' apathy and incompetence. Recently, Walters Gilbreath started from scratch, cut through the nonsense and accomplished more - in much less time - than I'd ever thought possible. Once I contacted Brian and any level of his staff, the "complex" became very simple. They cut through the red tape and produced results. There was no wasted time, expense or frustration. Unlike any others in my experience, Walters Gilbreath responds to client questions/concerns quickly and provides realistic, accurate information. Most importantly, they LISTENED to me. WG proved that they are truly advocates. They were objective, but they were also aggressive in representing my best interests. And, by the way, I would have written this review even if we had not been so successful ... without even having to go to any of the multiple courts.

5-stars does not do justice to my experience and would give a lot more stars if I could! I didn't know a Divorce/Custody Attorney's and I needed one quick. I've learned you should take website reviews with a grain a salt. I scheduled a consultation based on Brian's amazing reviews. I walked away impressed and feeling confident when my life was overwhelmingly negative. Brian is calm, professional, thorough, experienced, accessible, and connected. Brian won't tell you what you WANT to hear. Brian will tell you what you NEED to hear and that's what matters in Divorce/Custody. What you want doesn't matter to the state of Texas. What you think is right and just doesn't matter to the state of Texas. What matters is the Law and Brian is an expert. Brain is a family man and that's a huge benefit to his clients because of area of law he practices. I look back and wonder if Brian ever sleeps. He has an amazing way of making you feel like his only client but you know he has many. Brain is clearly a master of time-management and delegation. Brian has assembled an amazing team to support him and his clients. My Ex has more money than me and always will. That didn't seem to matter because I had Brian (and his Team) fighting for me in my corner. The only mistake I made was not listening to Brain when my Ex asked for too much in mediation. I didn't listen to Brian and have only myself to blame. I don't know your specific situation and needs? I spent a lot of time reading reviews to find the best attorney for my situation and needs. I suggest reading all the reviews (like I did). If Brian sounds like a good fit, then schedule a consultation. It won't take you long to realize Brian is an expert in his field of practice. They are very professional and they know what they are doing Priyanka who worked on my case was very aggressive against my ex wife she knew what questions to ask and how to get her to answer the way we wanted to and thanks to her aggressiveness I won full custody of my kids a 3 year old girl and my son who is 12 years old they are expensive don't get me wrong but like I told them my kids don't have a price when it comes to them being safe and living in a better home and for that I say it was worth every dollar I've spent on hiring them to be my lawyers I highly recommend them to anyone getting a divorce and fighting for custody of their childrens thank you guys for everything y'all did
