An excellent law firm, hands down the best service I have ever experience from a law firm. The main point is their responsiveness and quickness; from first contact right through the finalization of my case, I felt like a had a whole team at my fingers only an email or text message away. Jonathan Hassell is amazing! knowledgable, proper, and excellent work ethic. My custody modification was quickly taken care of, as I was guided through all potential avenues by Jonathan, knowing full well I had the better attorney on my end at all times. Great Work by all, I have found my lawyer.

Fidelity National Title: A Stress-Free Real Estate Transaction Before: Buying real estate can be a stressful and hectic experience. There are a lot of moving parts, and it can be easy to feel like you're not in control. I was especially worried about being taken advantage of, as I've heard horror stories about people being screwed over by title companies. After: I was fortunate enough to work with Fidelity National Title, and my experience was the opposite of stressful. The staff was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and they made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. Specifically: Professional staff: Joelle Karam was my title officer, and she was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about real estate law, and she was always available to answer my questions. She made me feel like I could trust her, and I knew that I was in good hands. Responsiveness: Fidelity was always responsive to my emails and phone calls. They were always willing to help me out, even when I was asking questions that were outside of the scope of their normal duties. Good quality: The service that I received from Fidelity was top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure that my transaction went smoothly. They even helped me to negotiate a better interest rate on my mortgage. I worked with Joelle Karam overseeing the execution of my documents and Daisy getting everything coordinated for closing. This team is absolutely great to work with, they are very professional, easy to get in touch with, and extremely responsive. I had some questions throughout the process, and even afterwards and every time I attempted to call Joelle, she picked up and provided clarification. Definitely would work with them again.
