Pros: -office open on Sundays Cons: -Only meets the day before court so everything is rushed. -Says he can get your case dismissed, 2 thousand dollars later tells you to plead guilty. -Always the last lawyer to court so you'll be the last one leaving. -Seems unprepared when you go to his office, so he has to keep resetting your case because he keeps forgetting what you talked about the last time. -Tells you to turn off your cell phone during meetings which is odd. (Not on silent or vibrate, but completely off) -Says he's skilled in your case, but after doing research you'll see he only specializes in DWI's -Bad reputation. When I was asked if I had a lawyer, I replied Michael Pham, and the guards started laughing and shaking their heads, and said "I wish you the best" - Doesn't give receipts when you pay cash (no matter how many times you ask) and seems frustrated when you start paying with a card

Michael Pham . handled my case, i was ready to settle but Michael insisted that i wait it out and that he would get it dismissed . Finally after months he finally came back with the dismissal proposal . my first time dealing with a lawyer Michael came through . Highly recommended if you ask me .

Liars and thieves fraud have no clue what they are talking about been lieing to my wife over 8 years and they lied so many times I started to record them on the phone every time I think I’m going to sue them instead of the mesh as they ruined my wife’s life after 7 surgerys and no fix ever in sight promised millions and then tried to offer 40k for all that won’t even cover list wadges for half the time they had this case I would suggest geting a new attorney and going after them they took on 100’s of thousands of cases which made everyone’s case worth way less beacuse they were greedy! Don’t trust them go els were and don’t let them bully you!

The lier Attorny in Houston Don’t hire Michael Pham! HE DOES NOT KNOW NOT MUCH ABOUT CRIMINAL LAW . He missed up your life and asking too much cash money and he show up in the court late . He is racist Attorny .I have seen by my eyes he only help white nationality American most of time . HE IS HORRIBLE AND LIER ATTORNNEY Once he get your money and then he changes his mind put you in trouble as much as he could . Because of his business .He does not help you at all .
