Lynn helped my Husband with his child support in the past and did a great job! She was very thorough and polite with his matter. I definitely recommend her.

UPDATE: Lies!!!! She NEVER told us she would not accept our case! We told her we would discuss it and get back with her. We called her on a Monday morning and the next day I started calling over and over for 3 weeks with only getting her reception Christina, I think was her name, telling me again and again “She has not called you back? I gave her your message.” We did NOT wait to call her 3 weeks later. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We spoke with her about our adoption case over the phone in length. We received her Information through our employers legal services. We told her we would call back to let her know if we would be hiring her. She then avoided and not returned our phone calls for 3 weeks. I finally called the original number that we were given through our legal services (her direct line not a receptionist screening her cualls) and she answered. She was definitely caught off guard and proceeded to tell me her case load was heavy and could not take our case. NO the reason she would not take our case it because she would not make as much money off of us because of our employers legal services only pay so much, which she actually told us during our first phone conversation. She said she usually makes $10-$15k on adoptions and would only make about $5 with our plan. DON’T join a plan if you plan on crushing people’s dreams and not taking their adoption cases because you are greedy! We had already lost a $2500 retainer and 1 year with our first attorney and now we have waisted 3 more weeks trying to hire her and her not being professional enough to return our calls. If you are planning on going through an employers legal services DO NOT USE LYNN MESSER she is only in it for the money and she does not care about you or your situation. We are trying to adopt our 1 year old twin great nieces because their mom was on drugs throughout her pregnancy and cannot take care of these girls. I just cannot day enough bad things about Lynn Messer. I am heartbroken that someone would be so greedy when people like us are just trying to do the right thing and take care of children.

Carmen is amazing to work with, we HIGHLY recommend her services! Our daughter was involved in a misdemeanor charge through KISD when she was a minor and Carmen not only cleared our daughters name with the KISD but she managed to get the entire incident expunged from our daughters record. The incident occurred over two years ago and even after Carmen was able to get KISD to dismiss the charges, she continued to work on KISD until they EXPUNGED the incident from her record....which BTW, just happened this month. Ridiculous that KISD is able to get away with trying to keep a dismissed misdemeanor on a minors record....so we are very thankful for Carmen Roe! She is just AMAZING!!

I definitely would recommend Mr Jospeh Gagliardi. Great communication outstanding guy gets things done!! Best lawyer I’ve had yet was able to get me on probation instead of 180 jail time.
