This is my experience it's a little lengthy & detailed but just want people to know my experiences and see why I rated them a 5 star: I was in 2 major wrecks in 3 years that totaled my car both times. Casey & the Callahan Law firm team were awesome. They had a plan for me to go to Dr & medically take care of myself getting MRI & everything all at no upfront cost to me. I went to go to chiropractor for therapy both times. By the way, if u need a chiro, you must go or you're selling yourself short on the medical. I actually went for couple of months several times a week, both times, & I was able to settle for $20k for one, the other I had to go to court cuz the other insurance didn't want to pay. Callahan took their cut, paid my bills for me, & sent me a check which left a little extra for me to put a down payment on my car & pay my personal bills. I didn't make $500k or anything ridiculous but I was taken care of, healed good, & had a couple thousand in my pocket after all was said & done for my pain & suffering. They talked me through every step. I'm most satisfied cuz I'm medically healthy after those wrecks cuz they took care of me right through their excellent medical connections. One of my wrecks we did not come to an agreement on a settlement w/the insurance company of the guy who hit me. He disappeared for a couple years & the entire ordeal took over 3 years to settle. But I paid nothing up front, Callahan team walked me through the entire process every step of the way month by month updating me. We went to arbitration (my medical bills were around $8-10k & the insurance just wanted to give me $2-3k) afterwards Casey explained what court would be like & he left me well informed & knowledgeable enough to make decision of whether we go to court or not. I had the say so in everything & felt no pressure to go to court or just settle, they were happy to settle & just take the hit. I made the choice to actually put in a jury's hands. They prepared very well & at the court the procedure was pretty fair & went well. I feel Casey defended me very good & handled my situation well. The jury awarded me over $30k & after the fees/bills were paid, I had enough to help me start a business, get training, & purchase a car that I still run today after 6 years (update over 10 yrs now) & never regretted it & if it weren't for the Callahan Law firm taking care of me medically & financially , I wouldn't be working, making money supporting my family, have the business connections & associations & work that i do today. I had a friend & a cousin both in accidents & they used the Callahan Law firm on my recommendation. I admit my friend didn't do all the suggestions & barley did the chiro & barely made $4-6k. My cousin followed their suggestions & went to more chiro appointments & got max amount (I think 35k). He was injured pretty badly in his back & pain in his testicles that lasted couple years. I had an aunt who needed help after a work auto accident but they didn't handle work/osha cases, but advised & recommended someone to help her. Not only that but Casey & the firm have been personally kind to me & my family. I still get cards & occasional emails every other year or so to check on me or say they appreciated our experience. They were personable & friendly when it was warranted, professional & supportive when I needed it, but also tough when they needed to help stand up for me. This is just my honest experience sorry this seems fake to some but i just appreciate good service and help. My advice & suggestion to everyone in an accident is: 1. Call Callahan even if you're not sure what to do or if u need medical. They'll recommend, suggest, & guide 2. If they can help you & you accept them as your lawyer, do follow their suggestions. They know the best ways to get your medical health fully checked so u can get all the help u need to heal fully as well as maximize any settlement or awarded amount.

Great lawyer and good price and gets the job done. And is wiling to work with you. He got my case dismissed.

After my bad and past experience. I was very very reluctant in finding another lawyer. Fortunately I was optimistic and I found a wonderful lawyer who was passionate and very efficient that took pride in his work. David, Christina and Wade was very professional. I could not have asked for nothing better than that. Also the installments was very convenient to make your payments on-line. There was no hassle at all.
