I had another lawsuit years ago and I can say it was a pleasant experience to deal with a large law firm. They always mailed us a update letter every 90 days. This firm has done nothing but drag it's feet and made this process very difficult for us that have suffered. This law firm spent several months squeezing numbers. I sure didn't see much negotiation on my medical bills. I didn't choose to go to the most expensive facility(Beverly Hills, CA). $46,000.00 for a SAME DAY SURGERY. I originally signed with Lee Murphy law firm and the turned it over to you. The whole experience has not been a good one.

5 dismissals in 2 years = 5 stars. Mr. Pham is intelligent, easy to contact and communicate with, and someone who fights for you and your freedom. Prosecutors will bluff and try to get you to take a plea or lousy deal without truly looking into the case. I never went to trial but he is confident and unafraid to take it that far if need be. Dismissal is his goal and he fights until he gets it. I am very appreciative of Mr. Pham and the work he has done for me.
