Run Away!! I know from inside that their president is uninterested, to say the least, of his clients and really doesn't give a dime about their recovery or wellbeing. He only cares about quick money, closing cases through settlement as soon as they can, not litigating cases or even doing investigative work. They do talk nice and are knowledgeable, but insensitive. Their president is very arrogant and entitled. Be careful with his sweet talk, he will convince you of anything or try to sell you something he is not.

Mr. Benny Agosto has been on my case for 5 years! He is not fighting the defendant, he is fighting me, his client. He always argues how he is a great attorney, yet, fears setting a foot in a court room. Mr. Agosto Is denying me further medical treatment, by not providing an LOP to a medical, provider. I need a second surgery after the first one failed. And Mr. Agosto has told me, he won't move a muscle until I provide him a signed letter giving him full power and authority over myself and my case. Yes, it is hard to believe, but it's true, and I will soon provide evidence in YouTube. I had just turned 26 when I was rear-ended, today I'm 31 and the president of this firm has my case hostage and unwilling to work ethically. He has claimed he won't let go of my case, not without a 40% interest lien on my case. My case is set for trial in Jan 2023, Mr. Agosto won't work on my case, won't let me have medical attention, won't provide any legal guidance or services, he won't retrieve himself from the case and, in any case, he won't let my case go without a 40% interest lien. All whilst he has been dragging this situation to end of the frame time to provide more medical reports and legal investigation to support my case, just so that any other attorney who looks into my case finds it difficult to take it, due to difficult situation Mr. Agosto has placed my case into. After this firm replies to my comment with things like "I am sorry you are not happy, but we have different conclusions and "evidence", well, I will provide my evidence, make it public and let people decide what type of attorney Mr. Agosto, the president of this firm, is. Also, after any bad reviews, they get their acquaintances to give an excellent review and say something like "I know such person in this firm, and they are great", whilst they were never a client of this firm and were never injured and represented by this firm. Don't fall for good-fake reviews. PS: Soon, look up Attorney Benny Agosto requesting power and authority over his own client and his case on YouTube and in same video; Benny Agosto conditioning medical treatment by withholding LOP and attorney service to his own client.

A friend of mine is having a lot of issues with an attorney of this firm, nut they hide their bad reviews.

I have had a great experience with this law firm. Their staff, especially Christina and Nancy, are very professional and get things done quickly. I will definitely come back for my future legal needs and refer this law firm to my family and friends.

Imrana Chowdhry Manzanares is ones of the best personal injury attorneys I know. She really understands how to handle a personal injury case from start to finish. Prior to becoming a attorney Imrana worked worked as a nurse and that experience shows when she has a personal injury case or a medical malpractice case.
