I can in fairness not comment on his abilities as a lawyer but I rented my house out to Kerry Guidry. Besides from completely trashing the place and then running away from the bill I also experienced that rent would be paid with bouncy checks and I was lied to frequently as Kerry would be providing fake FEDEX tracking numbers when he allegedly had send the rent check. It seems that practice is also being exercised on his clients from I can gather in the other review… nice fella

I want to thank this law firm for dropping my case because the $ signs werent enough for the work it needed, I found an attorney who did not care about $ but the principle about what happened to me and took it on and weve won the full amount texas would allow for the type of case. SO THANK YOU. i dont think you would have done the job the attorney who has helped me has. I will never refer this law firm to anyone! No you wouldn't have it under this name. I've been married and had a different name at the time of the incident. So no not a misidentification. The lawsuit was also discreet with my name.

Beware. I was awarded a settlement for a case that Kerry M Guidry was working for a work related accident. 5 months down the road and I have yet to receive any funds. He informed me a check was sent through regular postal mail with no tracking and was cashed with a forged signature 2 days later at a local Senor Checking. He said it would take up to 14 business days to receive funds. About a month later he tries to send 2 wire transfers and no funds received. When asked for documentation on anything he say "I will get it for you in the morning" he says that a lot and never comes through. I now have to get a civil attorney and contact sheriff and state bar.

horrible person let my wife walk out with 4k out of a 100,000 dollar polocy sound ugly how i said it but theres reasons to why im mad , my wife developed Epilepsy from this accident and he did noting for her

Brant and Jonathan were the most amazing people I have ever dealt with. My case took sometime to settle because as soon as I hired them I ended up pregnant. So I was in a car accident in August 2015 and was hit by a commercial vehicle. With being pregnant right after this happened we had to delay MRI and surgery. This put alot of stain on the family as my husband and I own a small business. I was the one to handle everything within the business to keep it running but with the surgery delay I was in a position and my family hurt. I would talk to Jonathan on a weekly basis. He would check in on my and hear the pain in my voice. I would shead many tears over almost losing everything we own. We lost our business. (We have since recoved) but he would sit on the phone doing everything possible to help bring some light in my life. They helped me threw a very hard time. Fast forward I have surgery and we get notice that the policy in place would not hardly cover all my medical. So again ready to just give it all up they kept fighting. March/April 2018 I get a call that helped change my life for the better. These two worked so hard to get the medical down to insure that there would be enough to at least start life again. I go into the office and they treat me like family. With hugs and talking about life without a rush to get me out of there. Show me that they really have a heart like no other. I recevied my check and tears just rolled. As I look over at Brant and Jonathan fight the emotions. That day changed my life. I go to leave with more hugs more hand shakes and knowing this will not be the last time I see them. I recovered my business and was able to get life back together and still sit comfortable. Now let me say this. I recommend Brant and his colleague Jonathan to everyone I meet. This team over at Abraham and Watkins are two of the most amazing men I have delt with. Without them I don't know where I would be today. This team works so hard for YOU! THEY FIGHT TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT IS RIGHT! I would have them on speed dial for any reason. It is a very prestigious law firm. We were met and greeted almost as soon as we came out of the elevator. Despite our ignorance of the particulars of the law, we were met with patience and treated very kindly. The staff -- assistants, receptionists, etcetera -- practice the utmost professionalism -- and it is quite palpable that you are dealing with an elite law firm. Referred by an attorney friend.
