Let me start by saying that I’m not the type that goes online to recommend anything for anyone but this is exceptional. Few months ago my world came crashing when I was falsely identified, accused and charged with a felony for elder injury at work. Being a certified nursing assistant for more than ten years, I was extremely devastated especially when I know the whole situation has nothing to do with me. I talked to several attorneys who told me astronomical amount of legal fees, one of them told me it’s gonna take up to two years for case to be over and I even hired one that I thought that gave me a reasonable fee and he didn’t show up on my first court date. My stress and anxiety level was off the chart and that was when I found Mr Omar Saman through the excellent recommendations on this site and several other sites. My case was dismissed few days ago and currently he is in the process of expunging this very bad experience from my records. Mr. Saman was amazing. Our case was a DUI which also turned into a parole violation. Omar not only got our case dismissed but it was done in a pretty good time frame, right at about 2 months. Not only was he professional but a pleasure to work with because he was always kind, up front and honest, and very much easy to contact whenever I needed to reach him.
