Jay is a Christian atty and a very caring man. He takes great care of his clients, and will not take your case if he does not feel that you will win. He is careful about explaining what to expect, and what to look out for during the pre-trail, or fact gathering time. He will explain what to look out for and what not to do. His staff is also good about answering questions when Jay is not in. We have been very fortunate because in both cases we settled out of court. No one wants to hire an attorney, and no one wants to go to court. Some circumstances can change that. If you are going to make the decision to hire an attorney realize that this is a law firm, and that you are getting the best in Houston. I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone.
