I hired Mr. Tyson back in 2021 for services. I can say I have NEVER found or encountered ANY attorney in the Houston area with the integrity and class such as Mr. Tyson. He is tough, reasonable, and straight forward. He's not a greedy sell-out. He is exactly what his title is: A LAWYER. I will always remember the kindness given on behalf of his paralegal Suzanne. This firm has GOD ON BOARD. Test every spirit to see if they are of GOD. They are. You are safe in his care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Matt Tyson and his firm were AMAZING!! This is the lawyer you want especially if you are a dad. He is tough and will absolutely fight for what is right for your child. He even gives you his own personal number so you can’t say that you couldn’t get ahold of him. He always responded back within minutes. Anytime that I hear someone going through a custody situation I recommend Matt Tyson. The one and only thing that I wanted this year, and for my life, Mr Tyson made it happen. My life and my son’s life are better because of him taking the time to fight for us. Believe me, the consultation fee is absolutely worth it and he is extremely ethical. He tries not to use your retainer, whereas other lawyers will bill you without showing you what they did and they will try to use more of your retainer on purpose. Also this firm sends an itemized bill every week and it is awesome. Absolutely worth the price he charges, 1000%. Thank you Mr. Tyson and his team!!! I could never thank you enough!!

Matt Tyson is TOTALLY and COMPLETELY amazeballs. He deserves a few more stars but google only lets me put 5. I found him completely by accident when searching for family court lawyer about a year and a half ago now. I've had really bad luck with the few lawyers I'd had in the past and I really wasn't to optimistic with my prospects this go around, but I didn't see I had a choice in the matter at the time due to certain circumstances so I hired the first lawyer I could stand chatting with for more than 20 min and I'm really glad I did. Matt has not given me any reason to even doubt my decision once. He is quick to notify of any updates or information needed, but won't waste your time and money by reaching out if there's no new info (like if you're waiting for a court date that's 3 months out and you've already turned in all your information). He told me once he HATES repeat customers, so I did the only logical thing and rehired him for a separate case which we also won for the sole custody of my other children. Matt cares very deeply for all his clients and will bend over backwards to fight for you and what you want as long as it is feasible to do so. He will not tell you what to do, but will tell you what your options are. If something happens or comes up he is quick to respond and help to the best of his ability. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better lawyer and I refer him to everyone I know looking for a family lawyer.

Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He was exceptionally thorough and friendly while guiding me through the legal process. I highly recommend Scott to friends and family.

Admittedly, I'm not the easiest client in the world. I hated the situation and compound that with my disdain for attorneys, I was not eager nor enthusiastic to start the legal process. That being said, Matt constantly took time to be honest, empathetic, educated and well prepared for everything I threw at him. I'm truly so thankful for having found this attorney. He restored my faith in not only attorneys but people in general.
