Rick Daly (Berlin) is a massive fraud, which is why he changed his last name from Daly to Berlin prior to entering law school. The person tasked with investigating fraud for the Texas Attorney General changed his last name in order to avoid his embarrassing past, which is fraud. I attempted reportingcrimes to this unprofessional fraud, but he refuses to take action because he is upset I know about his ultra embarrassing past that he has worked diligently to hide from the general public and the legal community. Rick Daly Berlin flat refuses to acknowledge my reports of crimes and he does so out of his own inability to control his personal bias against me over a 25+ year grudge connected to when I last had contact with Rick Daly Berlin during his years of binge drinking and pissing all over himself.

I’ve been a client with Stewart J. Guss Law Firm twice. Each time I have received excellent costumer services. I will always recommend SJG to my family and friends. The compassion and care you are shown from the first person you encounter to the last is beyond words. Being injured by someone else’s negligence is the worst and extremely stressful. Don’t add to your stress with the wrong attorney get the best in Houston Stewart J. Guss.

I wouldn't recommend. Very long process, hard to communicate & receive proper guidance and multiple changes in contact personnel. Awarded epically less than expected & still in pain. No one cares about me, only the money that can be capitalized off of other ppl pain & suffering. Deeply disappointed!
