Mr. Johnson represented my niece and after he was paid lil to no contact & wasn't even in court mostly had paralegals there. Buyer beware

My opinion... this guy is a deceiver and misleading! He talked a very big game and claimed to be good friends with this person and that person and from day 1 i should have seen the signs and went elsewhere. I paid a $10k retainer fee and a total of $23,000 only to receive 8yrs prison time when my co-defendant received 10yrs without a private attorney, he saved alot of money! Anyways, he told me things like he thinks he can beat it or at worst get me probation time. Then by the time i paid him nearly in full he told me that the state is not willing to dismiss or offer me probation and that my best interest was to take the prison time offered. And he never did any motions or depositions or anything to dig into my case, i received reset after reset for months and he told me his strategy was to get the state to become tired of this case and then work a deal. Ive never seen a private attorney go months without doing any kind of motions or something in attempt to fight for their client who is paying them to do so. I feel he sold me out and lied to me through out my whole case and did nothing to fight for me. I wouldn't suggest him to anyone even if he was free. I wish i could go back and have hired a different attorney, don't make a costly mistake in which attorney you chose.

Like every other lawyer or worse; demands money but refuses to answer calls or communicate in anyway and does not keep his word he's very arrogant and disrespectful and tries to intimidate I would not recommend this man to anyone unless you just want to throw $50,000+ down the drain

My experience with the Charles Johnson law firm has been a life saver. I was in a.particularly corrupt county. Charles knew his way around and even knew the judge. He has had multiple cases dismissed .

I can't say enough about this firm and my lawyer, Charles Johnson. I have dealt with the Charles Johnson Law firm for more than one case throughout the past 8 years and I do have to say that he has always come through with the best results. In the most recent case my son was looking at years in prison. Mr. Johnson found him an alternative to a prison program. Mr. Johnson got him into the program and the court to approve it and he stayed out of jail. Charles Johnson was absolutely the most communicative lawyer I have ever encountered; we were always able to reach him one way or another. His professionalism, humanity and understanding were beyond what I could ever hope for. Couldn't ask for a better firm and lawyer, simply the Best!!!!! Impressive skills and a wonderful down to earth person to speak to as well as being tough enough to get things done. I would recommend Charles Johnson to anyone and he will also be the first person I contact for any further needs !!!!!!

Charles Johnson dismissed a family members case that usually isn't dismissed. e is a great lawyer and easy to get in touch with. Always had his phone on him and he was just a call/text away.Thanks to him life is normal again and everything all is well.
