Seth is very knowledgeable about the parole process and did an amazing job summarizing our son's case and representing, staying the course with a positive outcome. Seth Topek is an absolutely incredible parole attorney! My husband was APPROVED on his 2nd time up, last time we didnt have a lawyer.Seth did an amazing job on my husband parole packet and did an outstanding job with our in person interview. I hired Seth for my Husband who was denied previously and still facing 6 years left on his sentence and we had a really tough case to beat, with prev charges stacked against us and possible protests not in our favor. I hired Seth back in June of this year and there was not one time i could not get ahold of him to ask him questions or to talk about our case, he even went 3 times to meet with my husband in person at his unit. Mr. Topek must have spent at LEAST 100 Hours on our case if not more, he is Definitely worth the price. The thing that stood out most to me was i felt Mr. Topek believed in me and believed in my husband who he was representing, that, he made my husband feel that he wasnt just another "Client". He made us feel that he truly was advocating for us because he believed in us and not just because he was paid to do so. Some other lawyers i talked too wanted to charge the families by the minute to talk to the lawyer, other lawyers had an assistant do all the work for them, but Mr. Topek does all his clients paperwork and goes and visits the inmates himself, another reason to hire him!

Hello My name is Fredtashia , My husband was sentence 4yrs TDC time March 2017 got arrest Dec 2016 . Our daughter had just turned 2yrs and our son was only 4mths old when he left. very tough for me with two small children , I had no idea where to start to look for a parole attorney . I was looking for a parole attorney for my husband, I talked to a few different attorneys, but when I talked to seth topek I immediately set up a meeting with him and hired him on the spot. My husband made is first parole review. Seth topek kept us informed every step of the way, he helped us with our parole letters, and he is very easy to get in touch with! I would recommend him to anyone, and would definitely use him again. My husband had a very difficult case and seth worked very hard on his parole packet, and we were able to meet with the parole board in person, three days later he called to tell me my husband was approved.

I hired Stan for my fiance's parole hearing. I had contacted several other attorneys before Seth and after actually talking to Seth face to face with his father Stanley I was sure he was the one I felt really cared. It showed in his work. Seth and his father were always willing and available to speak to me or any of the family members. Always willing to help. My fiance has a 40 year sentence and Seth did a great job. I found Seth Topek on the computer. My grandson was incarcerated at Woodville, TX. at the time. He was coming up for review so we needed a criminal defense lawyer. I tried searching in the area that I live in and no one would take him. Besides they charged a huge amount. When I found Mr. Topek I sent him an email. In just a short time he replied and said he would take my grandson as a client. His fee would be 3500.00 which was 3 times less than what the attorney's in my area was asking. I thought he was very reasonable. He represented my grandson when his hearing came up and we won on our first try. You couldn't ask for a nicer pair of Attorney's than Seth Topek and his dad, Stanley Topek. They both visited my grandson and helped us in every way possible. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

I first contacted Seth and his father when my son was sentenced to 10 years in prison which he began to serve in San Antonio in the fall of 2014. I was impressed with this father and son law team due to their excellent reviews on the internet. Their fee was a flat $5000 which may be higher than the average, but I believe that one usually gets what one pays for. And this proved to be true from the very beginning. There were never any para-legals or junior clerical staff involved. There was never a boiler-plate form letter suggested or written. Every detail of the case was handled personally by the principals of the law office. At least twice, Seth made the journey to San Antonio (which must have been 10 hours each time) to visit my son in prison and give him guidance. His father traveled several counties away to obtain police reports. When it came time for the 1st parole hearing, Seth was well prepared, articulate, and convincing before the parole board. The parole board granted parole after my son had served 6 months of a 10 year sentence. I think that this law team probably spent more than 100 hours on the case. I would not hesitate to reccommend this legal team to anyone who wishes to find the best in legal representation. John in Virginia
